Living

We are busy creating a community with 8,400 homes to buy or rent, along with a new 7-acre park, with the benefits being felt across the Capital.

With over 5,100 residential homes complete or under construction, our new neighbourhoods complement the vibrancy of the destination, as well as creating new spaces with areas of tranquillity.

Renting

Wembley Park will have over 6,000 build to rent (BtR) homes, the largest concentration of BtR property on a single site in the UK, with beautiful apartments, all-inclusive offers and impeccable customer service.

We’ve also created a new lifestyle-focussed residential rental operating platform, called Quintain Living, established in 2016 to provide first class and long term management of our property portfolio.

And we don’t just create homes, we create spaces where people come together, fostering communities among our residents. Our buildings offer shared amenity spaces including lounges, cinema rooms, gyms, landscaped communal gardens with water features and large kitchen and dining spaces.

Repton Gardens

Named after renowned landscape architect Humphry Repton - who gave ‘Wembley Park’ its name - Repton Gardens apartments are botanically-inspired, designed to bring the outdoors in. Interiors feature earthy tones and texture that blend seamlessly with sustainable-conscious design touches and high spec appliances. Its three buildings face inwards towards a beautifully cultivated garden with BBQs, terrace and kids’ play area. Social spaces open out onto the lawns - up above and away from the gentle buzz of the neighbourhood. Life here feels tranquil and chic.

In 1924 Wembley Park hosted the British Empire Exhibition which had 27 million visits in a year.
Since then we’ve hosted the Olympics, Live Aid, the Beatles, the Stones and Madonna.
Quintain acquired The OVO Arena Wembley, and the land adjacent to Wembley Stadium in 2002. Our vision was too transform a landscape, long shaped by large-scale events, into a new kind of urban district for everyday use.
