And we don’t just create homes, we create spaces where people come together, fostering communities among our residents. Our buildings offer shared amenity spaces including lounges, cinema rooms, gyms, landscaped communal gardens with water features and large kitchen and dining spaces.

Quintain acquired The SSE Arena, Wembley, and the land adjacent to Wembley Stadium in 2002. Our vision was too transform a landscape, long shaped by large-scale events, into a new kind of urban district for everyday use.
